About the Team
The Governance Service Team is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace not only for our buyers but also for our sellers and creators.
We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.
Responsibilities
1.
Responsible for the frontend development of Governance Service solutions for TikTok Shop in Singapore.
2.
Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care etc.
3.
Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2.
Coding experience with a general purpose programming language (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript).
3.
Experience with any major Javascript framework like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent.
