Job Details:
- Working Hours : Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45 pm , Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30pm
- Department: Service Centre
- Various locations available: Novena / Maxwell / Tampines / Woodlands / Bishan / etc (depending on which ones are still available)
- Contract : min 3 months (subjected to extension)
Job Scope:
- Provide in-person support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate information and maintain a professional and seamless customer experience.
Demonstrate flexibility by taking on various responsibilities and adapting to changing work demands.
Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Active listening
- Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
- Candidates must be able and willing to stand for extended periods throughout the working hours.
