Frontline Customer Service/ Guest Relations Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring STAFFKING PTE LTD


Job description

Summary

  • Basic up $3000
  • 5 days work (including weekends/ PH), Office hours
  • Location: Central West
  • Luxury automotive retailer
  • Training provided
  • Positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Welcome customers, check them in, and announce their arrival to the relevant sales personnel.

  • Manage the Sales Executive turn system to ensure smooth showroom operations.

  • Maintain a tidy and orderly showroom environment at all times.

  • Ensure all display cars, both interior and exterior, are kept in pristine condition.

  • Provide refreshments and attend to customer needs to enhance their showroom experience.

  • Perform general administrative tasks and any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience as receptionist or in a customer-facing role in automotive/ retail/ hotel or other relavant industries
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.

  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays (replacement off provided)
