Job description

RecruitFirst is hiring You will be outsourced to:

Job Details:
• Location: Midview City
• Salary: $2300 (during 3 month probation), $2400 (after probation)
• Duration: Start ASAP - 1 Year Renewable
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 930am-630pm

Job Scope:
• Strong customer service skills to support and handle customers enquiries in person
• Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions
• Support the team's administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
• Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors.

Requirements:
• Have customer service background
• Able to start immediately
