Job Responsibilities
Attending to customers’ enquiries
Manage facilities and run system operations
Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly
Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
Help the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily work on the ground
Carry out any other tasks when needed
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off
10am to 10pm & 10pm to 10am (with 2 hours break)
Woodlands MRT / Marsiling MRT
