Overview
Fulfilment Procurement Executive - SPX Express (6-Months Contract).
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our high-performing team.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of SEA’s leading e-commerce logistics networks.
You will also lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage large-scale CAPEX equipment purchases, and play a key part in automation and cost-saving projects that shape the future of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors for essential warehouse supplies, services and automation solutions.
Contract & Tender Management: Review purchase orders in a timely manner.
Prepare and conduct tenders while providing strategic recommendations to the Tender Committee.
Project Development & CAPEX Execution: Coordinate closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, installation and commissioning of high-value equipment.
Lead end-to-end deployment of CAPEX and automation assets, from sourcing to successful handover.
Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvements: Analyze spend and operations data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support continuous improvement across the procurement value chain.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Operations, Finance, Legal and BD.
Present regular updates and insights to senior management in clear, concise reports.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
Experience in supplier management is advantageous
Internship or working experience in procurement, accounting, or supply chain operations
Proficient in Excel
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functional environments
