Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.

This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:

Your missions

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams using agile methods
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions
• Develop and maintain both back-end and front-end components using Java and React
• Participate in planning and refinement sessions with your team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and translate business needs
• Ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices
• Share your expertise within internal technical communities
• Promote code quality through peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability expectations

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in software engineering
• At least 5 years of experience with Java development and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with service-based architectures and API development
• Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments
