Responsibilities:
Assisting in Daily business operation
Provide excellent Customer Service
Assist on events and activities for customers
Ensure safety and hygiene of the centre
Requirements:

Must be able to handle challenging situations confidently and calmly.
Prior experience in a customer service, and customer facing roles.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays and school holidays when required.
Good command of English language and another language fluently.
Able to be disciplined and adhere to company policies and reliably turn up on time as scheduled.
Willing and able to do general duties at the centre including opening and closing procedures.
Will be advantageous if you have the following experience as well:
Organizing and Running Events
Was from attractions, tourism, adventure, team building/ training, education or events industry or have exposures similar to these areas.
Trained in first aid, rescue or emergency training.
Corporate Sales and Service experience
Experience in handling pets, especially cats - for example at vets/ pet grooming/ animal shelters
