Responsibilities:
To maintain a commitment to serving quality food, beverages, and products as well as providing an excellent customer experience to all customers
To ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team.
Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Store Crews, and Operation Manager
Identify & implement continuous store improvements
Responsible for logistics of stocks (between storeroom and outlet)
Requirements:
Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in juice shop (or cut fruits), F&B, hospitality, or any related fields.
Willing to work on weekends and shift hours (9am–1pm / 1pm–9pm) and night shifts if required
Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered exceptional in all other areas.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English
Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Melayu.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Possess good personal hygiene.
Eager and willing to learn about kitchen operations and food-handling skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours
Drive sales
Training will be provided
Possess own transport
Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation
