The Position: Full-Time English Teacher
Salary Range: $4,500 – $6,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons based on exam-prep syllabuses (MOE / IGCSE / IB).
- Develop lesson plans and adapt materials to suit students' learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Encourage active participation, critical thinking, and creative expression during lessons.
- Assign, mark, and review homework, providing feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct bi-monthly assessments to track student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and the Academic Head regarding students' development.
- Assist in curriculum research and development of new teaching resources.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, and assessment data.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and collaborative curriculum projects.
Requirements
- A minimum of Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree (preferably in English, Education, or related field).
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience teaching English preferred.
- Passionate about teaching and willing to learn new methods and frameworks.
- Patient, creative, and adaptable in working with diverse student profiles.
- Able to commit to after-school hours and at least one or two weekend teaching days (off-in-lieu provided on weekdays).
