HiArt Receptionist
HiArt is currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team!!
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
Assisting with student enrollment processes
Providing support for daily center operations
Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor
Capability to travel to different locations as required
Singaporeans / SPR / Malaysians welcome
Mandarin speaking will be advantageous

Working Days and Hours
Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week)
MUST be able to work on Weekends 9am-6pm.
