Job Description & Requirements
Handle reception area - receiving walk-in customers, assisting clients with checking in
Greet and welcome clients
Upselling of packages
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the persons in charge
Handle booking and cancellations from members/visitors (using Oclass booking software)
Collection of payments, outstanding fees
Scheduling of Instructors
Basic Studio Housekeeping
Answering queries
All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations manager
