Job Responsibilities
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
Ensure kitchen utensils, equipment, and working area are kept clean and organized
Assist in dishwashing and waste disposal when required
Receive and store kitchen supplies properly
Support daily kitchen operations and carry out other duties assigned by the chef or supervisor
Job Requirements
Physically fit and able to handle kitchen work
Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene is preferred
Prior kitchen experience will be an advantage
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
