Job Description:
- To identify, attract, and onboard new hires.
- Craft engaging job postings to reach young professionals, fresh graduates and mid career switchers.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, scheduling and interview support.
- Assist in organising onboarding programs, arranging of training workshops and career development initiatives.
- Contribute to strengthening the team's culture, growth strategy, and internal communication.
- Any other administrative duties if needed
