Bar Supervisor / Service Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Bar Supervisor / Service Team Lead.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant bar environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering great hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and team-oriented workplace culture while demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.
- Supervise bar stock and ingredient organization, ensuring all food and beverage items are properly labelled, dated, and stored for quality and safety compliance.
- Oversee drink and food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to established recipes and SOPs.
- Provide excellent guest service by proactively resolving issues, handling feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor new hires, guiding them to meet company standards and encouraging personal and professional growth.
- Manage purchasing and receiving of bar supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently.
- Enforce grooming, hygiene, and service standards across all floor and bar staff.
- Monitor the condition of bar equipment and fixtures, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any malfunctions promptly to management.
- Support company expansion initiatives and new outlet openings as required.
- Carry out basic service duties such as order-taking, preparing beverages, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Deliver personalised service to VIP guests and ensure their experience is well attended to.
