Job description

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Support Executive to join our Information Technology team.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to end-users, and assisting in maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT helpdesk support for user issues and requests.

  • Liaise with managed service providers for second-level support.

  • Support and maintain IT assets, AV equipment, printers, and accessories.

  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (accounts, laptops, equipment).

  • Assist in system backups, restores, and IT asset/software inventory tracking.

  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and maintenance.

  • Provide technical support for townhalls, high-level meetings, and video conferencing setups.

  • Maintain IT documentation and enforce IT policies and procedures.

  • Assist in departmental initiatives, power shutdown events, and IT payment tracking.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • Certifications in CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are an advantage.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure environments.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Pleasant disposition with the ability to listen and provide effective user support.

  • A continuous learner who is adaptable to new technologies.
