Functional Consultant for HR tech and automation of Human resource operations workflow.
We are looking a independent individual that is able to conduct business process re-engineering for client billing/invoicing operations, human resource operations & recruitment workflows.
Oversee implement HR software solutions and automate manual HR processes using Robotic Process Automatiom, Python, VBA Macros, and other scripting tools .
You will play a critical role in streamlining our HR operations, improving efficiency, and exploring new ways to enhance HR workflows with technology-driven solutions .
HR Software Implementation
Automation & Scripting (Python, VBA, etc.)
Data Processing & Reporting
Collaboration & Documentation
VBA Macros (Excel automation) MS635 Power Automate , Power Query, or other data processing tools
- Robotic Process Automation: UI Path; Blue Prism
- Self-motivated and able to learn new technologies independently .
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HRMS (e.g., Infotech, Workday, SAP HR, BambooHR, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (CEIPAL; Salesforce; Bullhorn;
- Experience in API integration or low-code platforms like Power Automate.
- Knowledge of database management and report automation .
Soft Skills:
Ability to conduct logical thinking/critical thinking
Good attitude and ability to work under pressure.
