We are growing fast and are now looking for people who want to join us on our exciting journey.

We are now looking for Sales Consultants for our branches at Changi Airport.

ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change are now opening several branches at Changi Airport and looking for full-time Sales Consultants.

Start as soon as possible.

The role as a Sales Consultant at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change means a stimulating everyday life where no two days are the same.

As an employee in one or more of our branches, you work actively together with your team, which is characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.

Your duties vary but primarily include:


  • Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency

  • Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures

  • Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales

  • Participation in sales activities and marketing projects


We are looking for a person with the following qualities:


  • You thrive in active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed the customer's expectations

  • You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing different customer profiles and working towards set goals

  • You are results-driven and service-oriented and, just like your colleagues, always want to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability

  • You are a flexible employee who can work in several of our branches if necessary

  • You are responsible and have an eye for detail, and complete your tasks with great accuracy and in good time according to deadlines

  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others

  • Some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office

  • You have an approved education at least upper secondary school level and have worked/work in sales activities today

  • You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English, which is the corporate language.

    If you also speak other languages, it is an advantage

Hours: 44hours per week (Full-time)
Between: 09:00am and 09:00pm on a shift pattern basis.
With consideration to seasonal changes.

Before applying, you will need to consider whether you have transport available to enable you to travel to and from home and the airport for all shift types.

Since our branches are located in a security-classified area, an airport security check will be carried out before employment.

The selection of recruitment channels for this position has already been made, so we refrain from all sales calls regarding advertising and calls from recruitment and staffing companies.
