Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Razer is seeking a technically driven and Game Development Partner Engineer to partner with game studios across Asia in integrating and optimizing Razer’s AI and immersive technologies.

In this role, you will act as a key technical enabler, empowering developers to deliver next-generation gaming experiences powered by Razer’s ecosystem.
  • Facilitate the integration of Razer AI technologies (e.g. QA Companion, Razer Co-AI, and future products) into partner gameplay experiences.
  • Guide developers in adopting Razer’s immersive SDKs, including haptics, Chroma RGB lighting, and THX spatial audio.
  • Provide hands-on technical enablement, SDK onboarding and integration from prototype to production.
  • Collaborate closely with Razer’s AI, engineering, product and developer relations teams to resolve integration challenges and channel developer feedback into future SDK enhancements.
  • Create and localize technical documentation, sample projects, and tutorials tailored for Japanese, Chinese, and Korean developer communities.
  • Represent Razer at developer events, workshops, and partner briefings across Asia.
  • Pre-Requisites :

    Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Game Technology, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience with game engines such as Unity and Unreal, and strong coding skills in C++, C#, or Python
  • Deep understanding of game development workflows, especially for PC and console platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, immersive environments, or SDK integration preferred
  • Proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as the role involves regular communication with stakeholders in those markets.

    Korean language skills would be a strong advantage, given the team's engagement with the Korean market
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for helping developers succeed
  • Good-to-have(s):

  • Previous experience supporting or integrating Razer Chroma, Sensa HD Haptics, or others
  • Familiarity with multiplayer or real-time networking technologies
  • Active participation in game dev communities or open-source gaming projects
