Who We Are Looking For
Ph.D. or MBA with a Master’s degree in Life Science (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, etc.).


Solid research background in gene synthesis, protein expression, and related molecular biology techniques; hands-on experience designing and executing experimental workflows.


Willingness to grow in cross-functional areas including research & development, production operations, project management, and business development.


Passion for Life Science with a strategic mindset and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to thrive in a highly complex, global environment and take initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.
