About the Role
As a PwC GenAI Data Science Consultant, you will translate business goals into actionable data strategies, from data collection and inspection to hypothesis formulation and model development.

You will operationalize models by integrating them into applications and processes, and you will establish standards to safeguard assets, ensuring data is secure, private, accurate, accessible, and actionable.

You will also engage in data management, migration, strategic planning, change management, and navigating policy and regulatory landscapes.

You will stay current with AI and Generative AI technologies and develop thought leadership and PoVs for AI in client contexts.


Responsibilities
Collect, inspect, and analyze data; uncover patterns and generate initial insights to inform hypothesis formulation.


Apply statistical and mathematical modeling techniques to develop models addressing complex business problems with precision and scalability.


Operationalize models by integrating them into applications and processes to preserve strategic value across their lifecycle.


Gain deep understanding of business processes to identify challenges and design impactful data-driven solutions.


Establish and enforce standards and policies to safeguard client assets and ensure data is secure, private, accurate, accessible, and actionable.


Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and package AI offerings and assets for customer-facing discussions.


Work with AI architects and engineers to tailor AI and Generative AI solutions to client requirements; lead deployment into existing infrastructure.


Stay updated with AI trends and best practices; develop PoVs and thought leadership on AI.


Lead AI feasibility studies and PoC projects to demonstrate value and viability of AI solutions.


Develop end-to-end AI PoCs using Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit; deploy AI products on Azure cloud services.


Navigate regulatory landscapes and manage data governance, migration, and change management considerations.


Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of AI and Data consulting experience or relevant AI & Analytics experience with a proven track record of client relationship management.


Collaborate with customers and team to identify new AI opportunities; build proposals and pitch materials to position PwC as a trusted AI & Data transformation partner.


Organize and lead AI and Generative AI workshops for customers; assess AI maturity and needs.


Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and platforms; lead AI feasibility studies and PoCs.
Develop end-to-end AI PoC projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI, and Streamlit; deploy on Azure.


Collaborate with AI architects/engineers to design and develop AI solutions; lead integration into client infrastructure.


Stay updated on AI/Generative AI technologies, trends, and best practices; develop PoVs and thought leadership.


Work with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and package AI offerings for customer discussions.


In-depth understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, deep learning, GenAI); knowledge of frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).


Knowledge of GenAI libraries/tools (HuggingFace, LangChain, RAGAS, etc.).


Experience with clients across industries and understanding their challenges and requirements.


About You
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field; strong planning, analytics, and problem-solving skills.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.


Comfortable working with statistics; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.


Strong business acumen and understanding of AI/Generative AI industry trends and challenges.


Leadership, proactive and self-driven attitude; strong communication and storytelling abilities.


Highly adaptable with shifting priorities.
