Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in any discipline, preferably in technology, with at least 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing sales teams.
Knowledge of telco & system integrator environments preferred.
Independent, mature, self-driven, with a proven sales record.
Leadership skills with a nurturing approach to coaching teams.
Strong analytical, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Customer-focused and results-oriented with industry insights.
