Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction to Sales and Service teams in ASEAN.
Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with global objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Drive sales targets and revenue growth across ASEAN markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Ensure service teams deliver preventive, corrective, and upgrade solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage P&L for ASEAN operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering / Business
At least 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry, preferably with 5 years of management experience
Experience in leading a team
Regional Experience will be a plus
