Responsibilities:
- Formulate the business plan and execute the business unit strategies to achieve performance target and maximize business growth
- Work closely with marketing team to devise brand and marketing plans and tools to support the business initiatives and product roll-out, leverage on the current market position of our Group
- Explore and identify new market segments, opportunities and products, and formulate effective business models and product development plan
- Formulate, communicate and implement the manufacturing and delivery plan covering the product mix and distribution to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand value preposition
- Oversee the operations and production processes, improve the manufacturing and delivery capabilities and production efficiency by utilizing artificial intelligence
- Keep abreast of industry current trends and conduct research on future trends in design and associated target market features
- Conceptualize product ideas, design and develop new products and ensure the efficient and profitable management of product development process
- Cooperate with operations teams for development of new products or technologies for business needs
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the team to ensure all product quality and capability is meeting company standard, in place and followed
Requirements:
- University graduate in engineering / information technology or related disciplines, MBA would be highly advantageous
- Possess over 15 years' solid experience with successful proven tracks in development and management of antenna and subsystems business
- Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models to draw connections to our businesses and clients' needs
- Natural leader and motivator of business unit, with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Commercially-minded with a demonstrated ability to build and manage specific partnerships and bring them to fruition
- A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic planning and staff development skills are essential
