Our client is seeking a commercially astute business leader for Southeast Asia to lead growth of existing markets, and integration following the strategic acquisition of a local business.
Your primary focus will be to drive commercial strategy and operational excellence, while aligning teams and client delivery with their global SaaS model.
Responsibilities
With established platforms and proven playbooks in place, you'll lead the go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia – actively driving enterprise sales, scaling high-performing teams, and deepening relationships with key clients.
The business is already majority SaaS, with one high-potential market still in transition.
You'll lead this shift from legacy delivery to scalable, subscription-based services, while representing the brand across the region through client engagement, industry events, and strategic partnerships as it expands further into more AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience managing SaaS or subscription-based businesses in Southeast Asia, combined with strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience integrating acquired businesses or managing legacy-to-SaaS transitions is bonus.
You are described as someone with strong EQ along with commercial acumen – especially as you coach teams through cultural and operational change.
