Responsibilities:
Review and manage geotechnical designs, including ERSS, piling, ground improvement, and slope works.
Interpret soil profiles and assess ERSS toe levels.
Conduct feasibility and optioneering studies (in-house engineering).
Analyze Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M) data and liaise with consultants to resolve related issues.
Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings with clients, authorities, QPs, and consultants.
Provide construction support, including shop drawing preparation and close coordination with site teams.
Assist with authority submissions and approvals (LTA, DBC, PUB) for geotechnical works and impact assessments.
Support LTA Project Safety Reviews (PSR, CDSS, CNSS).
Assist in pile and pumping tests.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio/Geoslope) and AutoCAD.
Independent, proactive, and responsible with a positive work attitude.
