About the Role
The Global Account Manager will lead P1 Security’s sales efforts in South East Asia, responsible for developing and managing key client relationships while driving the adoption of our security solutions.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and account development to closing and post-sale support.
The role also involves significant travel to meet with clients and foster relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and secure new business across P1 Security’s portfolio of products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions that drive measurable value.
Actively identify and pursue new opportunities within MNO, regulators, and large enterprises.
Actively participate in our channel and partner management strategy, critical to our success.
Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Work closely with internal teams (operations and finance) to align client needs with P1 Security’s offerings.
Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales activities and results in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in telecom and critical infrastructure security.
Represent P1 Security at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and connect with potential customers.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel across APAC to meet clients and prospects, build relationships, and attend relevant events.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the telecommunications and/or cybersecurity sectors.
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including 5G, OpenRAN, and legacy networks (2G/3G/4G).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred
Experience working in or with APAC markets.
Multilingual skills (local languages a plus).
Familiarity with technical sales cycles, particularly in cybersecurity or telecom security.
