Internship Program Overview:
Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe.
Our goal is to provide students with a meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation.

Summary of Role:
Working in the Global Manufacturing Office (CMO), the ideal CMO intern candidate will support the management of the cadence and metrics that drive operational excellence for the Global Manufacturing organization.
In addition to this, the candidate will be expected to support the execution of selected engagements within the Global Manufacturing scope, accelerating deliverable releases and promptly communicating results to the Senior Executives.
This role will be instrumental in supporting cohesive cross-functional operations and strategic initiatives across global Manufacturing and Quality departments with tight partnership from HR and Finance and close collaboration with several other organizations within the company.
The ideal intern candidate is someone with:
+ Outstanding structured problem-solving abilities, being able to use systematic approaches to break down difficult problems into smaller, more manageable parts.
+ Exceptional communication skills both written (structured presentations, storytelling, effective meeting minutes) and verbal (executive leadership presence, assertiveness, synthesis skills)
+ Curiosity and interest in managing and being involved in transformational activities within the manufacturing/operations scope..
+ Expert command of the Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint) and PowerBi tool, with proven ability to work confidently with large amount of data and summarize the main information in concise and executive-ready presentations and reports.
Essential Responsibilities include:
+ Collaborate closely with the Global Manufacturing Office in tracking the strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
+ Support in managing robust program management office (PMO) capabilities (frameworks, process, tools, people) to ensure delivery of core, multi-year priorities for Operations group.
+ Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the effectiveness of operational strategies.
+ Synthesize complex data and information from various projects to provide insights that enhance decision-making processes for CMO and direct reports.
+ Act as a bridge between the CMO and various departments, fostering open and effective communication channels.
+ Champion cross-functional projects, ensuring cohesion and synergy across teams for optimal operational outcomes.
+ Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
+ Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
+ Monitor financial performance against targets, leveraging analytical and financial acumen to identify and drive continuous improvements in cost reduction.
+ Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
+ Education – Actively pursuing an MBA in Strategy, Economics, Business, Finance, Consulting or related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship and set to graduate in Spring/Summer of 2026.
+ Experience in operations management, strategic planning, or related roles in a global manufacturing environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in Management Consulting a plus.
+ Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing complex information and communicating it effectively across diverse stakeholders.
+ Clear ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders and demonstrated aptitude for navigating conflict-resolution and uncertainty.
+ Outstanding communication skills, experience in leading cross-functional teams, and history of driving operational excellence.
+ High proficiency in project management tools, reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite + PowerBi tool.
+ Open and able to travel internationally and willing to manage frequent international calendars / meetings.
