Manage end-to-end licensing operations, including renewals, pricing proposals, and contract lifecycle documentation.
Track, analyze and optimize public cloud service related hosting cost efficiency at the company level.
Analyze customer satisfaction, attrition risks and multi-dimensional of factors.
Drive overall improvement of customer satisfaction and retention, as well as O&M revenue (renewals, upselling, service add-ons).
Mobilize sales, finance, delivery/operations, and partner resources to resolve key issues and ensure timely project closure and execution.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to implement O&M incentive programs so as to achieve a higher LTSA adoption rate and increase the sale of upsell of profitable service packages.
Track and report on program performance, providing insights to management for decision-making.
Maintain accurate business process documentation and compliance reports.
Collect frontline feedback, propose simplification suggestions to O&M, GTM, Delivery, SA, Product stakeholders, and drive iteration of commercial terms and processes.
Oversee external supplier/outsourcing support for quality and delivery to ensure contract fulfillment and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in licensing management, business operations, or program governance
in Cloud Service Provider and/or Renewables industries.
Proven experience of orchestrating cross-functional teams to construct and evolve SOPs, programs and campaigns, and eventually deliver quantitative and positive business results.
Capable of independently producing pricing scenarios, negotiation scripts, and contract term lists; leading cross‐functional reviews.
Certifications (at least Fundamentals level) in Microsoft products including Azure and M365 are required.
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
