As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Global Remittance Growth Manager to lead our expansion strategy and drive user acquisition across key international markets.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll design and execute campaigns, explore strategic partnerships, and work closely with our product and analytics teams to deliver sustainable growth.
Your Mission
As the Global Remittance Growth Manager, you will:
Develop and implement user acquisition strategies in priority markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, South Asia, and other regions)
Plan and launch multi‐channel marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Identify and collaborate with local partners, including businesses, communities, and digital platforms, to drive transaction volume growth
Experiment with and scale new paid channels and creative tactics to acquire and engage users
Tailor growth strategies to fit local cultural, regulatory, and user behavior nuances
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using data analytics tools
Collaborate with product teams to launch new features and refine product‐market fit
Represent the voice of the user in strategy discussions, ensuring our growth remains user‐focused
About You
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or remittance
A globally recognized bachelor’s degree or higher
Deep understanding of different international markets and cultural nuances, especially across Asia
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives
Analytical mindset; you make data‐driven decisions to refine and optimize campaigns
Creative thinker always exploring fresh ideas to engage target audiences
Excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prior experience working with user acquisition, partnerships, and digital campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
Fluency in English and proficiency in one additional language (preferably Hindi, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Nepali, or Malay)
