Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by sourcing, onboarding, and managing institutional clients such as crypto exchanges, OTC desks, family offices, and HNWIs.
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead regional and global expansion.
- Lead the full sales cycle prospecting, needs assessment, structuring deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful execution.
- Monitor trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in global digital finance.
- Manage revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and P&L ownership.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to align business goals.
- Deliver regular performance updates and insights to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an overseas university is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in institutional crypto/digital asset sales, cross-border payments, digital financial services, or fintech.
- Strong industry network and deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, custody, liquidity, and ramping solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and deal negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Willing to travel globally.
- Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a strong advantage
