Position level: MANAGER (Global Value Chain Advisory)
Responsibilities:
- Lead in delivering large scale and complex supply chain management engagements leveraging various supply chain strategy and technologies to help our clients
- Design, implement, deploy and evaluate supply chain operational requirements and strategies within clients organization for performance improvement
- Enhance supply chain performance through planning process and organization re-engineering
- Responsible for developing thought leadership addressing the latest in supply chain innovation and digital supply chain.
- Develop implementation roadmap to align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy
- Business development, reviewing the proposals and presentations
- Support in project operation and team work administration
- Key liaison and contact with the external stakeholders on project basis
- Actively contribute in client engagement and business excellence
- Lead and manage team which includes appraisal, recruitment and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in supply chain planning and execution or sourcing and procurement
- Possess in-depth understanding in inventory optimization, implementation of digital supply chain or emerging technologies in supply chain
- Possess out-of-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts, formulate and implement business strategies
- Self-starter, pioneering spirit, reliable, resourceful and ability to take ownership
- Able to multi-task and have a strong capability to meet deadlines and Management expectations
- Strong problem solving and client/executive relationship management skills
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Natural interest in solving problems and delivering unique solutions
