Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead creative strategy, campaign planning, and cross-department coordination.
You will be responsible for launching new offers, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring alignment across design, media buying, funnel, and support teams.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role with clear ownership of launch success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Create and execute go-to-market roadmaps for launches and evergreen offers.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Align teams during sprints to ensure deadlines and revenue goals are met.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product launches, or campaign management.
- Strong background in direct response marketing and/or e-commerce.
- Excellent project management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience in faith-based, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus.
