Key responsibilities
1) Procurement and Management of OT supplies
Facilitate supply order requests
Maintain and update procurement information in the department inventory system daily
Support billing related matters
2) Provide general administrative support
3) Ad hoc duties assigned by reporting officer
Qualifications
Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in any course
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
