Desktop Engineer Helpdesk role includes the following responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and updates.
- Guide users through basic account setup, access permissions, and system updates.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn and support system integration and maintenance.
- Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Stay updated on basic IT trends and technologies to support continuous learning and improvement.
Requirement
- At least NITEC Holder
- Singaporean only
- Keen to explore in IT industry (No experience needed)
Others
- Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 6:00pm
- 1 month bonus
- 14 days of AL and 14 days MC
- Salary : Up to $3000 (Depends on experience and qualification)
