Overview

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Government Project

Location: Kallang

Salary: up to $3300 per month + Annual Leave + Statutory Leave Benefits

About the Role We are hiring a Customer Service Executive (Facilities Allocation) to support a government project in managing and coordinating the booking and allocation of the facilities.

This role involves close coordination with internal teams, partner organisations, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth booking experience and efficient use of facilities.

Perfect for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems while working with people.

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate facility booking requests from organisations and stakeholders based on established policies.

  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and booking-related issues professionally and promptly.

  • Prepare data reports and presentation materials to support management decisions.

  • Manage mailbox communications, quotation requests, and payment follow-ups.

  • Monitor compliance with booking terms and ensure timely payment collection.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative coordination.

  • Singaporean only.
