We are seeking motivated Graduate Engineers to join our Automation team in the Life Sciences sector.
This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in pharmaceutical automation and digital manufacturing.
The training will be provided, covering automation systems, GMP processes, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programmes covering automation technologies and GMP regulations.
- Support automation project teams in system design, testing, documentation, and commissioning.
- Provide support in troubleshooting, change management, and system enhancements, while developing independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to deliver automation solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and validation records.
- Participate in process improvement and innovation initiatives to strengthen reliability, efficiency, and compliance in manufacturing and automation systems.
Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop, with scope to grow into specialist or project-focused roles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical, or Instrumentation.
- Interest in automation, digital systems, and pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing.
