Role Overview
We are looking for candidates to join us immediately for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
Support the team in managing multinational corporate clients’ tax compliance and reporting needs.
Assist with preparation of client reports and proposals.
Track deliverables status and update Senior / Manager on status.
Escalate issues to Senior / Manager where applicable.
Assist with strategic transformation and change management projects:
Identify stakeholders and assess change readiness.
Analyze impact on business, stakeholders, policies and process of digital technology projects.
Support design, development and delivery of communications.
Manage and communicate with relevant parties for end‐to‐end technical risk assessment of tax technology tools.
Train by designing and implementing learning strategies, learning materials and liaising with L&D.
Assist with digital service tickets and elevate to Senior / Manager high‐complexity and urgent tickets.
Collaborate across our business units in Tax, Lines of Service and our network of firms.
Qualifications
Students from universities or polytechnics studying related fields (Accountancy, Business Administration, Business and Data Analytics).
Task oriented, meticulous, analytical and independent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good project management skills.
Ability to understand processes and open to using new technology systems.
Self‐motivated, proactive and a good team player.
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multi‐tasks.
Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
