Graduate Programme Support Executive (6-Month Exposure | Up to 4,000) Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd


Job description

Senior/Executive, Graduate Studies (Outreach & Admissions)
6-Month Contract | $3,400 – $4,000 per month

We are seeking motivated individuals to join the Marketing, Outreach, and Admissions (MRA) team on a temporary 6-month contract.

You will support a different programme team, while gaining hands-on experience in student admissions, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the master's programmes with admissions processes
  • Coordinate, schedule, and administer admissions interviews and scheduling
  • Provide post-interviews administrative support
  • Assist to coordinate and schedule overseas coffee chats
  • Assist to answer general enquiries on programmes and application process
  • Assist to update presentations, and other documents where required
  • Provide logistical and onsite support at events such as fairs, exhibitions, masterclass, information sessions, webinars, coffee chats, yield events, organisation presentation

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with cloud-based tools is a plus.
