About the Role
This role is to support in delivering an effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme to ensure the bank’s resilience and ability to respond quickly to manage business disruptions.
Job Responsibility
Assist in the review and migration of Critical Business Services (CBS) journeys to the new workflow module
Execute quality assurance reviews of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Attestation submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Work with business and support units to:
Assist in the development and implementation of BCM strategies and plans and to coordinate and test BCP, ensuring seamless execution during crisis situations
Continuously monitor and review Business Continuity Plans (BCP), identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates
Provide training and guidance to employees on BCM procedures and their roles and responsibilities
Develop new e-learning on Third Party Business Resilience
Support other BCM Initiatives as needed (e.g. UAT for system enhancements, Gen AI applications, etc.)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or related field
Technical Skills: Good knowledge with Microsoft products (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) and experience with coding for data processing (e.g. Python, SQL, R)
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when managing quality assurance and data quality
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
