Role Summary
This is a 6‑month full‑time on‑site trainee role within Grab’s Digital Finance Academy (DFA) as part of the GRIT Programme.
Based in Singapore, the Trainee will work in the CFO Office of the Digital Finance Academy, creating engaging learning experiences for finance professionals by applying gamification and web design principles.
Responsibilities
- Train program management – support end‑to‑end management of training programs from planning and curriculum curation to execution and post‑training analysis.
- Gamification support – design and implement gamification elements such as challenges, leaderboards and reward systems for training programs and the DFA microsite.
- Digital platform enhancement – design, build and maintain the digital learning platform using tools like Google Sites and Canva, ensuring visual appeal and interactive features that support gamification.
- Facilitation and logistics – assist in facilitating training sessions, prepare training materials and provide on‑day assistance to trainers and participants.
Technical Skills & Competencies You Will Learn
- Learning & Development lifecycle – needs analysis, curriculum development, execution and performance measurement.
- Gamification strategy – turning theory into engaging learning experiences.
- Digital proficiency – mastery of digital platforms and design tools for interactive, user‑centric experiences.
- Data‑driven design – using engagement metrics and data to inform creative decisions.
Qualifications
- UX web design experience – user‑centered design principles, wireframes, mockups and final designs that improve navigation, accessibility and platform satisfaction.
- Data visualization & analytics – strong interest or ability to design interactive charts and translate raw learning data into clear visual stories.
