To support the integration and enhancement of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies within customer servicing operations.
To assist in the implementation of GenAI-powered chatbots and voicebots.
To contribute to the continuous improvement of employee-facing applications through GenAI innovations.
To evaluate emerging GenAI features and their effectiveness to business needs.
Job Responsibility
Implementation Support: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of GenAI chatbot and voicebot solutions.
Enhancement Support: Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement GenAI enhancements for applications used in customer servicing.
Data & Performance Monitoring: Support in gathering data and assist in monitoring the performance of GenAI applications.
Documentation: Contribute to documentation and user guides for GenAI solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business, or related field.
Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
