As an SRE trainee, you will be actively involved in various aspects of ITSM, contributing to our mission of empowering data-driven decisions and building future-ready systems.
You will work alongside experienced engineers and gain valuable insights into the core functions of SRE.
Job Responsibility
Change Management: Assist in the planning and control of changes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Knowledge Management: Contribute to building and maintaining our reference and guidance library, ensuring knowledge is easily accessible and up-to-date.
Incident Management: Learn and support rapid response and restoration efforts during incidents, minimizing impact and downtime.
Problem Management: Participate in root cause analysis and prevention initiatives to address underlying issues and improve system reliability.
Request Management: Help in managing and fulfilling user requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in Site Reliability Engineering, IT Service Management, and related concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment.
