We are partnering with a leading data centre developer with a growing footprint across APAC.
The
Group Financial Controller
will play a pivotal role in overseeing group-level finance, including consolidation, reporting, and governance across multiple entities and projects.
This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with both technical consolidation expertise and strategic finance experience, providing exposure to high-impact business decisions and capital projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
Manage inter-company eliminations, foreign currency translation, and equity accounting across multiple entities.
Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Drive process improvements and reporting automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support strategic initiatives including capital investments, project financing, and audit processes.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) highly desirable.
12+ years’ experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, or controllership within MNCs or infrastructure, data centre, real asset, or high-growth technology businesses.
Deep knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, and practical exposure to project or infrastructure finance.
Proven ability to provide strategic financial insights, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines in fast-paced, multi-entity environments.
