Role Overview
Drive and manage our growth marketing, digital marketing and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media and SEO
Paid media planning and buying on Facebook, Google Ads, IG, TikTok and other platforms.
Run both ‘always on' and ‘tactical' paid ads campaigns according to goals (for brand awareness and leads generation) and budgets assigned and carry out continual monitoring and optimisation of paid ads campaigns and ad sets to ensure efficient spend, pacing and good optimisation so that metrics such as ‘Cost Per Lead' and ‘Cost Per Mille' are kept low.
Manage the channels accordingly to ensure content is aligned with the brand guidelines and the brand image and grow feelings of brand companionship and brand love
Continually write appropriate copy for ads, update 'negative keywords' lists, include new keywords, carry out experimentation and A/B tests, maintain records of all UTM tags used and assist with landing pages tweaks to improve optimisation
Help to manage and maintain our digital assets such as our website, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, IG, GTM, GSC, GA4, UTM codes, dashboards and more.
Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions and dashboards
Search Engine Optimisation
Strategy and Insights
Use data and insights to inform marketing and business strategy related planning.
Analyse data, maintain dashboards, create powerpoint slides and generate insights
Conduct environmental scanning to sense the external business environment including what our competitors are offering, relevant regulatory changes, macro environmental factors, etc
Conduct primary research such as email surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc
Conduct secondary research such as web searches, scientific literature review, considering various documents and primary sources
Webmaster
Act as webmaster.
Manage the website, update content, ensure PDPA compliance, report on web analytics, perform SEO related tweaks (schema markups, site audits, links, etc) and integrate the website with other APIs and analytics (GA4) software.
Work with technology team and other stakeholders and agencies to add new features, maintain assets
Strategic Leadership and Budget Management
Utilise data, qualitative and quantitative, interpretivistic and empirical, to assist with decision making.
Assist the Head of Growth Marketing to help provide strategic leadership over growth initiatives and help to manage the marketing budget.
Ad hoc tasks
Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when asked to
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with: Various internal and external stakeholders on growth related initiatives
Brand and Community to integrate their brand and community initiatives into your work
Content and Education to integrate their content and education initiatives into your work
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
At least 4 years of experience in growth marketing and digital marketing
Experience in integrated marketing and business/marketing strategy and insights would be highly advantageous
Experience managing teams and agencies
Polished communication and good analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine is desirable
Relevant degree or diploma would be highly advantageous
