Growth Partnerships Manager acts as a trusted consultant to clients and internal stakeholders by:
- Identifying, prioritizing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Driving marketing investment for TikTok by developing strategic partnerships, with a special focus on brands within the Gaming and App industries.
- Applying a consultative approach by offering tailored strategic media solutions to clients.
- Crafting compelling sales propositions by leveraging internal and external data insights across respective regions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
Campaign Management & Revenue Impact
- Coordinating with internal teams such as ad operations, product, R&D, and measurement to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conducting post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Analyzing historical campaign data to identify trends and establish best practices.
- Managing campaign kick-offs, timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
- Partnering closely with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
Product Adoption & Scale
- Leading product update discussions, educating brands and agencies on TikTok’s product offerings, and advising on best practices to maximize campaign performance.
- Serving as an external product consultant to grow existing business partnerships by sharing insights and solutions.
- Managing campaign timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities from start to finish.
- Collaborating directly with product and engineering teams to resolve client challenges during campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in social media, mobile apps, digital, or mobile marketing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction-based and biddable digital advertising.
- Advanced skills in campaign strategy and execution, particularly for app performance campaigns.
- Proven ability to win support from key stakeholders and exceed sales goals.
- Adaptability and success in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
