The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco
Join Moloco as a GTM Program Manager and become a key driver of innovation, helping to optimize creative review processes, scale global vendor programs, and support advertisers' success through strategic program management.
You’ll partner with cross functional teams (sales, supply, legal, product) and third party vendors to develop scaled vendor solutions.
You’ll drive operational excellence across creative review processes and vendor operations and develop AI agent programs.
You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative vendor programs while solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Opportunity
Lead end-to-end vendor program management, ensuring quality and compliance standards across all advertising content while maintaining rapid turnaround times.
Drive operational excellence initiatives by developing scalable processes, implementing automation or AI solutions, and optimizing vendor performance metrics to reduce costs while improving service quality.
Manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships across sales, supply, legal, and product teams to ensure vendor solutions align with technical requirements and business objectives.
Design and manage program performance using data analytics to track KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Establish change management protocols for vendor integrations, system upgrades, and process improvements while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Create comprehensive documentation and training programs for internal teams on program best practices, escalation procedures, and operational workflows to enhance cross functional collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience
5-8 years of program management expertise with proven success overseeing operational workflows, vendor partnerships, AI automation, preferably in adtech, machine learning, or tech strategy and operations backgrounds.
Experience in developing AI agent programs is a plus.
Hands-on experience in vendor operations including workflow coordination, generating data-driven recommendations, and executing strategic process enhancements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous situations, identify root causes of operational issues, and develop creative solutions under limited guidance.
Strong technical aptitude with operations automation tools, AI-driven analytics solutions, CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk), and data analytics platforms (Looker, BigQuery).
Process improvement mindset with experience implementing operational efficiencies, automation initiatives, and vendor performance optimization programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multifaceted programs across diverse stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and budget constraints.
Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ownership mentality and growth mindset to thrive in a startup environment.
Fluency in English.
