A Guest Relations Manager supports all property operations, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service.
The role focuses on efficient and professional service of Food & Beverage while ensuring guests receive top service in accordance with Conrad and Hilton standards.

Responsibilities
Perform floor service supervisor duties to the highest standards and maintain clear communication with the team and guests.
Anticipate materials and supplies needs and ensure availability.
Promote teamwork and sustain a harmonious working climate.
Maintain and update guest databases (regulars, whiskey club members, VIPs) for efficient correspondence.
Communicate with American Whiskey Club Members regarding inquiries and monthly reservations.
Oversee Menu and EDM creation for special events; update guest profile history (birthdays, anniversaries) to support reservations and personalized service.
Monitor competition in the city and share updates on promotions and pricing.
Own the Restaurant and Bar areas in all aspects, including taking guest orders and F&B service.
Manage reservations for groups, VIPs and media; ensure proper correspondence procedures and follow-up.
Maintain and update standardized letters, latest menus, and guest communication files.
Discuss menu changes or daily specials with staff and ensure knowledge across teams.
Handle and report accidents promptly; recognize and address intoxicated or disruptive guests.
Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate to a manager with a resolution.
Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety situations; coordinate daily activities and secondary duties.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Set up procedures for par-stocks for menus, beverage lists and wine lists.
Be aware of reservation procedures and telephone techniques per Hilton standards; ensure telephone system operates properly.
Set up hostess checklists (daily, weekly, monthly) and develop Manhattan manual training.
Monitor stationary cost control; oversee arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs).
Coordinate communication between guests and staff; direct, coach and manage the guest relations team to adhere to standards and SOPs.
Appraise team performance; build and maintain relationships with Bar Industry partners and suppliers.
Ensure events enquiries and bookings are handled within timelines and maximize revenue through events, private bookings and buy-outs.
Review activities logbook, assign tasks, and implement daily schedules; work with Floor Manager to maintain staff welfare and bar standards.
