Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and review daily reports to reconcile guest bookings against reservation correspondences; alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies.
- Liaise with the Housekeeping team to coordinate room status updates, including requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special arrangements, or VIP room assignments.
- Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Verify cash float accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide support for official events and functions organized by the Centre.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent
- No prior experience is required, training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented with a passion to serve
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
