Job Overview


The Guest Services Liaison plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey.

Our ideal candidate will possess a high level of service quality aligned to brand standards and quality guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests, promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities, and provide directions and suggestions to surrounding areas.


  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out, confirming payment methods and performing pre-authorizations or collecting deposits as required.


  • Manage and assist guests with any inquiries that may arise, ensuring seamless communication.


  • Process all guests' check-outs by confirming invoice balances, payment modes, and gathering feedback on their stay.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field.


  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a second language.
